Usually these seminars have been the start of better new-product development practices which in turn have resulted in higher success rates and shorter time-to-profit.

Lean Product Development

How do I get more through the pipeline?
That's how simply an R&D executive expressed the question he wanted good answers to. He and other participants I spoke with were also looking for answers to questions like:

How do we improve our ability to stick to our development plan?

How do we increase development productivity and how do we even measure it?

How do we speed up the pace and get more for our money

How do we introduce LEAN at our company or in just a single project?

You will get the answers to these and other questions at this seminar. In addition to meeting the unusually inspiring professor Cooper, you will meet colleagues from five countries including development managers, product managers, process managers and project leader from companies such as Pfizer (Viagra), Danfoss, Total Petrochemicals, B&O, Haldor Topsøe, Orkla Foods, Masterfoods, et al. © Jens Arleth, 2008
