Coaching Your New Product Project Teams:
Too many firms invest money in reengineering the process and establishing self-managed teams, only to discover that the teams "get derailed" - that new products still aren't developed as well or as quickly as they should. Dedicated, cross-functional new-product project teams are great in theory; what's missing is the coaching and mentoring of these newly formed new-product teams.
