How we do
ProBE measures whether your new-product development performance and practices are optimal. The benchmarking process begins with a questionnaire. Then we analyse the data with the ProBE program and produce an initial report.

From benchmarking to action
Using the ProBE report, we conduct a diagnostic session with you and your staff. Together, we review the results and identify the causes of substandard performance. Finally, we prepare an action plan to boost your new product performance.
