Contract Provisions and Consulting Ethics

Innovation Management U3 is a member of Danish Management Council (Dansk Management Råd or DMR) which is part of the Confederation of Danish Industries
Members of the DMR are under an obligation to follow the Code of Professional Ethics. The implications of the principles are laid down by the Business Ethics Council. The findings of the Business Ethics Council serve to supplement the recommended guidelines. In order for a company to be accepted as a member of the DMR, it must have a good reputation for professional expertise and sound business ethics.

Principles:

The members..
1) only undertake to perform assignments for which they are qualified.
2) work effectively on the performance of the assignment.
3) ensure that the terms and conditions of an agreement are in writing and continuously coordinate mutual expectations with the customers.
4) loyally work for the interests of the customers.
5) treat the customers’ prospective and current employees and customers with decency.
6) treat customer information as confidential.
